Hall Rental

The following information is available for persons interested in renting the hall for their event.  To schedule an appointment or request information, please use the following options to contact the hall manager.

Note this is a volunteer emergency service organization and hall office staffing is not always available at the station.  Please email or use the online form to request information and set up an appointment to meet with a hall representative.

 We do NOT offer a cash bar option

General Information
Hall capacity: 200 seated guests
Hall Size: 40ft x 70ft
Seating: 8′ Oblong tables  6′ Round tables each seat up to 8 people
Security Deposit: Due at contract signing to reserve date of event
Security deposit varies on the size & type of event
An additional $100 on all events involving alcohol
Rental Fee: Rates are based on party size and type
Standard Rental price of the hall is $750
Rental fee includes:
2 hours for set up
4 hours for your event and
1 hour clean up 
Floor set up with tables and chairs
We set up and take down all tables and chairs & clean the hall after the event
Use of kitchen facility (you must provide all cookware, utensils, plates, napkins and flatware)

Additional fees/services:

If you choose our bar option the beverage costs are as follows: (Per Person)
$3 Soda only
$5 Beer and Soda
$6 Beer, Soda and Wine
$9 Full Bar
